Does this replace an authorised copy of a standard?

No. The Sparky Standard teaches navigation, application and testing skills. You must use your own lawful, current copies of applicable standards and regulations.

Can I share my account?

No. Individual memberships are for one named user. Training providers and businesses need a separate organisation licence.

Will a subscription guarantee that I pass?

No. The Sparky Standard is a preparation and skills-practice tool. Assessment, licensing and competency decisions remain with the relevant authorities and providers.

How does cancellation work?

You can stop the next renewal and continue using your membership until the end of the period already paid for. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited.
